Max% Child

i got up to 63 skulltulas in my max% as child file. there's more since i couldn't get past some shadow temple obstacles.

since i did it on VC, i screwed myself out of Hookshot and Dampe's HC.
also, i killed the skulltula necessary for getting the boss key in WT and didn't care about shadow since i lost motivation at that point once the prevous problems showed up and i wasn't going to redo the whole thing again.

In my max% child file I got 70 skultulas, but I'm sure there are more to get with crazy hovers..

I believe you can get Giant's knife and zora tunic with rba. Gerudo card can be gotten as child if you do a glitch to get to Gerudo's Fortress.

Gotcha. I'll have to look more into the RBA as a child thing, so far I've only done it as an adult on a no dungeon run. If I do the cuccoo jump to get in Gerudo's Fortress, how am I able to get the card? Are the carpenters you have to save as an adult present in the fortress as a child? So far the only things I've gotten extra with glitches are the Golden Scale and the Lens Of Truth. My goal is to see how much I can complete without any on the Spiritual Stones, and then how much before the Master Sword is pulled. Not really a speed run, more of a max completion run. Any advice on tricks that don't involve complicated bomb/bombchu hovers and the like?

all of the gerudos are in the fortress so it isnt a problem to get the card. LoT is quite easy to get, just do a cucco dive into the well and go grab it. as for the golden scale it shouldnt be any trouble at all, just catch a big fish and then swim into the pond, face the owner, hold z and r and then talk to him, he should give you the golden scale

I already have the LoT and the Golden Scale. I have all of the upgrades and 12 hearts. What else is there to get? I can only think of one more heart piece that's possible as a kid, and that's the one for getting 50 skulltula tokens. How does RBA as a kid work?

RBA works the same way as adult. You can't use the adult trade items for obvious reasons but you can you use the Zora and Goron mask. You should only do RBA if you haven't already gotten the Iron Boots, Hover Boots, and Mirror Shield. (Getting the Giant's Knife would delete your mirror shield and getting the Zora Tunic would delete your Iron and Hover Boots.)

All you need to do is put bottle on B, catch bugs with Zora Mask on c-right, and do the same with the Goron Mask.

You steal the rod the same way as adult.

you can get hover boots, ice arrow, water medallion, double magic, mirror shield, silver gaunts, megaton hammer, maybe the bow, etc. etc.

Anything else notable to do as a child with a bottle on B? Stealing the rod as a child was hard. There were several times the rod cast in the correct animation, link froze for a second, and then nothing happened. Very frustrating.

Naw, I have all 10, that's sufficient for me. Back to trying to get over the gate in Gerudo Valley..

How does one get the 4th bottle as a child? The poe stand doesn't exist, and I don't think a bottle dupe should count as the 4th bottle.
