Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask TAS Competition Tasks

This is the new Topic where I will posts all task. Don't post anything here, this is only for the tasks. When you want to say something post in the "Main Thread".


Welcome to the TAS Competition hosted by me.
First off here are some basic rules:

- At 12:00 AM EST at the specified due date (or before then) you are to submit one .m64 and .st to TAScompetition@web.de. Submissions that are late are welcome and in most cases accepted.

- The two files should be compressed and named to "TASCompetitionTask#ByNAME".

Example: TASCompetitionTask1ByMrGrunz

- You must NOT talk strategy or show WIPs or finished products to any other people, even if they don't submit or compete.

- You may NOT co-author with anyone for a given task unless otherwise specified.

- The task will be timed by me. Timing starts at the first frame you walk and ends at the point I set as the end for every competition.

- Any violation of the rules makes you viable for DISQUALIFICATION and possibly further action if necessary.

As this competition will probably have only 1-2 taks, because OoT/MM aren't that cool for competitions, I haven't thought about a scoring system yet.

TASK 1:

Enter the Ikana Grave on Cycle 1 and get the Heart Piece there. Here is a walkthrough video of this level:

Timing starts at the first frame you get control over link after entering the grave and ends at the frame you open the chest. You have to use the items you have in the Save Stat I uploaded, so you MAY NOT use any items that are not in this save file:

You can use as many bombs and bombchus as you feel like.

TASK 2:

Collect 8 Golden Skulltula Tokens of your choice in the Spider House of Great Bay. Bunny Hood is banned, every other item is allowed. You can start with any item on the C-buttons you want.
Timing starts when you first get control over link after entering the Spider House and ends when the text of the 8th token appears. Feel free to do some short freestyle play around after you collected the last token.

Task 3:

Enter Goron City coming from the Lost Woods and collect the Golden Skulltula in the Rock Maze. You MAY ONLY use 5 explosives (4 Chus and 1 Bomb / 3 Bombs and 2 Chus etc.). You can start with whatever items you want on the C-buttons. Nayru's Love is banned.
Timing starts when you first get control over Link and ends when the text of the Golden Skulltula appears.

Task 4:

Enter Deku Palace at the bottom entrance and collect the Heart Piece. The goal ends when you enter the entrance to Deku King's Chamber which leads to the monkey. You MAY ONLY use 3 explosives.
You can choose the weapons on your C-button yourself. Goron Mask, Bunny Hood and Blast Mask are banned.
Timing starts when you enter the Deku Palace and ends when you enter the Chamber.
