Genuinescorruption (Jordan Verner) is playing through OoT, MM and TP Blind, and needs help doing so. He plays using a script derived of mainly backflips, sidehops and such. Progress is slow because there are very few people helping. MM videos and TP Videos will be up once we get far enough in them.

This is a general discussion thread about it.

As he said in a recent video, TP will be hard stuff what with Epona riding and curved rolls. For Epona stuff it may have to get to the point of doing this or that in tune to the music. Escort won't be easy, and Morpheel will be harder than the sans Zora Armor strats...

For TP I wonder if in some places a LJA would be easier than what it skips...

Some of the LJA's will be really easy even if you're blind.

I'm sure you're joking about the latter.

unfortunately we are not joking about the latter, we've come to the conclusion that we are more than likely gonna have to skip over the entire "quest" to get the Zora armor due to how things look

There's no way you're going to be able to beat Morpheel without Zora Armor blind. You need to see where he's at, I just cannot imagine doing that without being able to watch him.

It's cool to see how far this little project has come. I started talking to genuinescorruption about 2 years ago.

If you plan to try and help, never underestimate the sounds of the game. genuinescorruption can center a noise in his screen. That could be pretty useful. He would also have no trouble I think measuring distance through the music as Sparkle said or by counting Epona's clops.

I just watched the carridge bit in TP; the only part that looks hard is the last part. The enemies look like they suck at aiming, unless they are right up on the carridge they usually miss. If you fail the carridge part where do you go? Does it let you immediately try again? Seems like you'd just have to get lucky in the last part.

I can't see the carridge part being tougher than Morpheel without the armor.

when aiming with the bow and whirlwind boomerang (should the carriage get lit on fire) comes into play, not to mention keeping up with the carriage itself, it gets a whole lot harder to explain, probably worse to script

and jiajo: if you do come up with something that can help, i'm not sure about Blizz's reaction, but i would be near eternally grateful for the assistance, TP is already starting to be one of those games where you think you've got everything under conrol and then it smacks you upside the head with a large metal object

actually you have to kill the kagaroks carrying the bombs before they drop them on the road to scare the horse, it's one of the hardest things to deal with along with arrows getting shot at you and, if the situation is a lot worse than expected, the carriage on fire

Where are some easy places to capture a fairy from a warp point? Perhaps a place to start would be any easy to get peices of heart? The third tunic? Any easy bottles? 1 easy bug to carry more rupees?

The only fairies in TP are just outside of boss rooms, until you play through the cave of ordeals. Also couldn't tell you where to get easy heart pieces... well, there's one near the Fairy Fountain in Kakariko Village that you can get by throwing the boomerang at it. There are two easy bottles, one is just a half bottle of milk that I think you get for finding the fat lady's cat in Ordon village, the other is a bottle of oil you can buy from the dude who sells a lamp for 100 rupees. The third tunic takes forever to get. You have to donate either 1000 rupees, or 200 and do this mini quest for a heart piece? where you bring a jug of hot water to the goron without breaking it, while avoiding enemies. And then you have to pay 598? rupees for it, and then you have to get even more rupees to even use it.

This is art because the music is classical music, and the graphics are done with a pen. The story is something about a woman. I could not understand much of this to be honest, which makes it even more likely to be an art.
