low% is when you beat the game with as less items as possible, I would not recommend running this as the consecutive mask jump to the ledge leading up to Ikana village lasts as long time.
One more thing, you can skip gibdo mask, mirror sheild and EOE in warpless with a consecutive mask jump up ST in no WW.

Can you get on top of the block in STT with mask jumps? I kind of doubt it

I mean more along the lines of can you get enough height to grab the ledge. As far as I know you don't really gain verticle distance performing multiple mask jumps, however, I could be wrong I suppose
