Rules:

You can have all equipment that is obtainable up to that point.
NO TUNER (cheaters...)
You can play on emulator. (Who cares about loading zone speeds? It's a freakin' puzzle challenge)
Do not post your solution!!
Post your solution to Youtube, feel free to link it here. (I only found two ways but I'm interested to see if there's more)
My solutions are pretty tricky. So I don't really care if this is segmented or not. Just make sure you divide segments with save/death warp

I'll be posting more puzzle challenges as I come up with them.
Feel free to make your own puzzle challenges and post them here. Try to make the challenge fit along the rules I laid out.
If they're really good I'll copy them onto this original post.
