I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but whatever happened to the Homebrew Channel and even WiiBrew forums?

Because it goes down periodically for short periods of time. It has for a while.

Is the Wiibrew Forums down again, I cannot access the site. I also want to transfer my Wii Miis to my 3DS.
