LA DX Kennel Glitch Roc's Feather

Hey,

can someone tell me how i can get the Roc's Feather from this chest?



I tried to recreate the route from the AGDQ: Link's Awakening DX glitched run by romscout video but unfortunately i'm stuck at this part.

My problem is that i can't get in the red area around the chest to open it.
So, is there anybody who can give me a little help with this?
