I've recently completed a Glitchless run of Skyward Sword for 13:52:45. However, in my glitchless run I used certain tricks to hasten the run in anyway shape and form (but the run was utter crap anyways, I can easily shave 3 hours of mistakes). Tricks I used were Cube Warp, LMF Mine Cart Escort Skip, Early Lake Floria, and Fast Bilocyte. I know for a fact that Cube Warp and LMF Mine Cart Escort Skip are not glitches, i.e. Cube Warp takes advantage of the extended range of the Skyward Strike. However, I do not know whether or not Early Lake Floria or Fast Bilocyte are glitches. I need verfication of this before I can commence my next Glitchless run.

Using a slow version on purpose is your choice, but you will get no sympathy or agreement from me.

Thanks for the clarification on Bilocyte. But I need absolute verification on Early Lake Floria. Certainly, you enter Lake Floria via OoB, but the method to enter OoB is within the game's power. After all, the gate was designed in a way that it can be walked on.

Just because it has collision doesn't mean it isn't a glitch, thats like saying that walking in oob areas aren't glitches because its designed that way. Things like the high flip are tricks. (this is how I understand it)

I consider Floria Early a glitch. But really, this is your run. If you don't find it a glitch, then do it. A Glitchless run is doubtful to catch on, so you can really have fun with it and count whatever you want as a glitch.

Yeah, nobody tracks glitchless runs for precisely this reason. Everybody has a different idea of what counts as a glitch or not. If you do these, just use whatever definitions you want and do it for fun, but don't expect any sites like ZSR or SDA to track it.

I'll be doing it for fun, but I am relatively disappointed that nobody track these glitches Sad  In any case, I have considered entering Out of Bounds a glitch, so I decided to cut Early Lake Floria from my run. Ironically, I lost 12 minutes, but I gained all that time back by just successfully completing Lanaryu Silent Realms Tongue  My current glitchless run, also single segment w/o reset, is 10 hours 21 minutes

There are no such things as glitches. Everything in games are "Working as Intended".
