In my opinion both Zelda OOT and MM had the best bosses and mini-bosses. So I'm going to make a list of all the mini-bosses and Bosses from both these games, and you choose your favorite from each list. If you want to choose more then one, then be clear about which one is your favorite.
Only one form of each boss can make the list. For example if Ganon ranks 3 and Gandorf ranks 5, then Gandorf will not be included in the winners list

I forgot all about that boss in MM! You have to beat him after you catch a hylian loach in the fishing pond, and when you do, you get the alternate ending to the game.

ohh... Right. Now i remember. "no one gives a fuck" is one of the most amazing pieces of zelda that most people dont know about. its a shame that you have to become adult link before you can fight him though.

Clearly, most everyone agrees with keeta, so we should probably bury this one...
My favorite OoT mini boss is Big Octo, big boss is Ganondorf (tennis is fun!) In MM, my favorite mini boss is giant booger gekko and big boss is Majora's wrath, cuz she hellabad (w/o skillz/FDM of course).

My favourite sub boss is dead hand, and my favourite boss is Bongo Bongo, just cause ice arrows do something special against him.

For minibosses, I'd have to say either King Igos du Ikana or Gomess. For bosses, I enjoy the Volvagia and Twinmold battles.
