http://pastebin.com/HALutZfTStill need to figure out how to work the Water Temple in (mostly this involves figuring out a good route to minimize item usage), but the rest is "done".
This isn't optimized in any way, it is just a thought experiment to test feasibility. In actuality, the ammount of annoying hovering (and Iron Boots time) would make this awful, awful, awful to actually do.
