Question regarding a sequence break

Hello everyone! Brand new to speed running, so sorry if this is a dumb question.

Let's say I was able to skip the Deku tree by "pokey stabbing" out of Kokiri village and got the Fairy Ocarina. For the route I'm planning I'd like to go next to Hyrule Castle and get Zelda's Lullaby. Now, since I shouldn't be able to be there until the Deku tree is beaten would the game assume I already have the forest emblem and proceed to teach me her song as normal?

Yes, the game doesn't check for the Kokiri Emerald flag and will allow you to do everything with Zelda and Impa as normal. If you don't have the Fairy Ocarina, Link will pull out the Ocarina of Time to learn Zelda's Lullaby. https://youtu.be/CG60HRAO1Ug
