OoT Puzzle Race #10 - Sunday 11/4/11

[Enterim]

Unlike my last puzzle race that I said was easy and actually required BA and Morpha w/o hookshot bullshit, this one legitimately is. It requires little to no tech skill and, if the solution comes to you, can be finished in about an hour. You can also do this one in two different major ways if you wanted to. Or combine them? It's easiest enough that even I can do it is what I'm trying to say.

I was thinking Sunday the 4th or Saturday the 3rd, at 2 p.m. EST. Opinions?

how do you do it? will beating the child dungeons with out the sword, using one c button slot and then using the masks to take care of the the c button slot you used work?

That was definitely one solutions (and I think a fairly popular one?)

Solutions off the top of my head-

1. Child dungeons, grab sword and only use 1 c button. at the end use mask to erase c and steal rod to delete sword <-I did this
2. Grab sword and chus and go straight adult without equipping any items to child c. Grab hover boots, do dc/forest/deku then reverse dot skip back in time, then delete sword by stealing the rod.
3. same as 1 only don't grab sword
4. Missile teigneux to delete c

Also Izu had a crazy route - he had to clear 2 C buttons. I don't know exactly what he did, but it involved creating a fake skull mask (so that at one point he had 2) through copious use of duping over things and whatnot and he eventually cleared both C buttons.
