A fun challenge I did. I'm pretty sure I've maxed out everything possible without getting Sword/Deku Shield. You can't get past the 2,3,1 room in Deku tree making it impossible to go adult.
Here is the checklist:

I don't think I forgot anything but if anyone else tries this and ends up with a different result please tell me.

I for one think that there are no glitches in OoT. It's just gameshark codes.
RBA stands for Rare Bird Adventure. We call it that because we need to get the blue cucco in order to use it.

It might just be those green ones that are only Inside the Deku Tree. I know you can easily run up and slash the orange ones with your sword, even. |

I got across the gate in Gerudo's Valley using the Bomb method, so there are some more items you can get. I'm not sure how many more because I haven't gotten to the Spirit Temple quite yet, but I can think of Nayru's Love, Silver Gauntlets, Ice Arrows, a few more Gold Skulltulas, another Heart Piece, and maybe the Odd Mushroom.
EDIT: Oops; I didn't realize that this was for Ocarina of Time 3D. I did this in the original for N64.

You can use the method shown here, except take out the Deku Stick before the bomb explodes and jumpslash with it. |
