Yeah... 21 is honestly pretty bad herding considering the amount of effort you put into it. The record is 15 so you're losing 6 seconds on goats alone. For a segmented run you should be coming in at 17-18 at the very highest.
I took a stab at the first few segments a few months ago. Here are your times to beat: 1:01 on segment 1, 1:46 on segment 2, 5:34 on segment 3. For the rest, TpFox and chimpas's runs are a great reference. And just so you know I might do the rest of the run at some point, so you might not be without competition forever.

My rupee dive video is outdated. You can save several more seconds. Use the dig spot I pass up at around 6 seconds in and try to optimize it as best as possible. To get the dive, use a sword slash just before the boomerang and rupee touch you. The timing is hell. |

You do need a hacked wii <_<. However, the app to backup GCN saves doesn't work with TP. So you would have to mail the memory card to the runners. |
