Frame Data plz

Hey Imma taser and I used Jianos frame data for MM but can anyone give me some for OoT?

Actually I meant more like do this this many frames before this happens
example: roll 45 frames before explosion and backflip 6 frames before.
Just something similar so I can get a start with OoT TASing without having to find all of the frames to do stuff before hand cause that will take up way too much time. and I dont have TOO much time to TAS anyway

EDIT: I also already know the frames for megflips and SS's But I do need stuff like the bomb until it explodes and such

Yes kinda I saw that page but I need how long the bomb fuse is and such but overall I need Hovering the most
