No bombs any% is the same as the current any%, only without the Bomb RBA, Pocket Cucco RBA, drops from grass, pressure jumps, and superslides. In addition, use the armos trial skip instead of the staircase hover trial skip, and also hurt Ganon phase 1 with the hookshot instead of the Master Sword. When you go to the graveyard after hookshot, Poe SS warp for Shadow early, then get hover boots and leave with a savewarp - Hover Boots let you get Magic without using any explosives.

but can it be completed without bombs and without RBA? that's what i was thinking when i wrote that but forgot to but "no RBA" next to no bombs. i'm not sure if the Spirit and Shadow temples can be beaten without bombs.

Segment 10:
- Exit Kakriko (restock on bombs in graveyard)
- Superslides to the castle
- Bomb hover over the gate if it is up
- Through marketplace
- Superslides to Zelda's castle
- Chu boost or megaflip gap to castle
- Learn ZL and Letter
- Re-enter marketplace
- Check time for child segment outside of ToT
- DoT skip
- Save as adult

If you are checking the time with the gossip stone, that's not going to work out because the time is always the same after learning ZL, so every runner would have almost identical times (just the difference of how long it takes to get back into the market).

We've talked about this route for a long time. Today I've accidently stumbled on by far the simplest solution to the problem.

Mission complete. Without hookshot and without explosives, you are screwed as adult. You can’t get Hover Boots for various tricks because the first gap needs hookshot or explosives. Similarly, you cannot beat the temple to get the Shadow Medallion without hookshot or explosives. You can’t get Epona without explosives or Epona’s Song (there are no guays as adult). You can’t get across the Gerudo Bridge for bombchus or other items without hookshot, explosives, epona, or hover boots. You can’t get longshot without hookshot or lullaby. You can’t beat the Water Temple without hover boots, explosives, longshot, or RBA. You can’t get to the fishing pond and thus can’t RBA without Magic Beans, hookshot, explosives, or Water Medallion. The point of max% adult is to get the most items you can without becoming a kid again. This is about just beating the game after being put in a tough spot. All you have to do to fix that file is become a kid again, get some bottles, go back, RBA. Or play enough as kid to get whatever you need to become an adult again and win. Knife and hoverboots, and forest medallion can all be gotten.

In this one, it can't be done (yet).

You would still be able to do Hookshot, beat Forest, 10 GS tokens, 200R, bridge skip, buy chus from carpet, Shadow early with chus (hover or SS teleport I guess; whichever one works), chu megaflip gap, 200R again, use chus to open the hallway to the big dude with the GK for sale, buy it, reverse DoT skip, do everything.

Head to Southern Swamp

Play SoDT to get to day 2, when it rains
Ride bean into palace, head to and learn Sonata

Head to Woodfall, get Song of Soaring on the way
Raise Woodfall temple
Head back to Clock Town, learn Song of Healing (Link becomes human)
Hit Clock Town owl, get Blast Mask / Bigger Bomb Bag,

Pass Bigocto with hover or boat, head to Woodfall (use hovers to skip flowers), hit owl

Hit owl at top, then hover across to temple
Through the temple, using trix to skip everything but explosives
Get Light Arrows, then deathwarp out
Jump down Stone Tower, head to Termina Field again (not sure the fastest way)
Back to Great Bay
Refill on bombs as necessary, then head to Pirate’s Fortress w/ hover method
All the way through to hive room
Use fire arrows (with no magic, since you burned it all away on Goht) to knock down hive
Jump down to lower room, grab Hookshot
PAUSE 3: Equip Bombs, Bottle, Zora Mask
Hover to Egg, exit Fortress, deposit egg, repeat
Same with Pinnacle Rock, till all seven eggs are deposited
Hover out of Great Bay, to Curio Shop (if it isn’t a proper time for him, make it a proper time for him…probably going to be day 3 by this point)
Set up a dupe, but instead of pausing, hit Zora Mask, and you’ll become a Zora and dupe over the mask
PAUSE 4: Equip Bombchus, Ocarina, Light Arrows
----Now here is the theoretical part. I remember Grunz mentioning something about a damage ISG, and I’m guessing with proper timing you can do it off of a chu. If we can find another way to ISG in all the necessary rooms, there is no problem.----
You’ll still be Zora, so SoS to Great Bay and learn NWBN
Play Song of Time if it is night of the third day, then SoS back to Great Bay
Swim to Zora Cape, play NWBN
Become human….OH WAIT YOU CAN’T FU GAME >: (
Unfortunately, I can’t think of a way to finish up in this last pause. It is possible with Ocarina, Zora Mask, Bombs, and Light Arrows, but that is four items :/ Any advice would be great, as we are really close. A way to become human from Zora would probably do it, assuming damage ISG works.

To Shadow Trial
SS + Hover / Normal hovering to the end
Megaton hammer switch, destroy shadow barrier
To Forest Trial, back to previous point
Collect rupees, destroy forest barrier
Exit castle, deathwarp and save

Open the door and smack dat dragon
Deathwarp and save

Back to the castle
To upper part
Swarms of enemies
Dorf + escape
SS into Ganon battle to skip losing sword (and having to pause and re-equip it)
Kill him and mutter about how you need to do something with your life
