 I've been thinking of a way to skip the first cycle in an impromptu. The reason we'd want to do this in the first place is because the first cycle takes about 30 minutes to complete, but has relatively little strategy to it. This is the best i could come up with. Each mask is color coded based on how difficult it is to get them. Green masks are the easiest to get (except maybe the captain's mask). Yellow masks are the more difficult masks to obtain in one 3 day cycle. Red are the hardest to obtain in a single 3 day cycle. Blue can only be obtained on the final day (i think). The idea is for the host to pick 3 of the green masks. Runners must ONLY obtain those 3 masks out of the green, otherwise they'll be disqualified. Saving by going back to Day 1 would be banned. I haven't gotten much farther on the idea though |
