New Runner Help

Hey everyone! I've been watching a lot of runners and am trying to get into it, but have some issues. I got a JP 1.0 cart for N64 and everything works great, but I don't have a CRT or a capture card that's good for streaming retro consoles. I feel like my best option to actually stream runs and gameplay is to go with an emulator and do more 'serious' runs on my actual console. However, I can't seem to find a good, safe way to get Project 64 1.6/1.7 and the roms for it. Does anyone have a good resource to get the program and roms to start?
