So since Saturday Night Bingo has pretty much died out, I'm thinking the best time to host this would be Saturday at 20:00 UTC. Let me know if this time isn't very convenient because it could start a little earlier/later instead if that's better for people.
This is the first puzzle I've made so I hope it goes okay.

I got pretty sick yesterday (great timing) so now I'm reluctant to host it any later. I'm really sorry if this prevents you from joining.
I'll try and get the race channel open 10-20 minutes before the race (2 hours from now).

So it is 19:00 UTC then? Or is the ZSR clock wrong? Gimme a second... it's 18:06 UTC right now.

Forget about that. My ZSR clock is 1 hour "late". So I got confused as to how old your post was.
