New runner requesting help

Hey everyone! I recently started speedrunning ALBW and I'm having some trouble with the boss key skip in Eastern Palace and the Armos room skip in Hyrule Castle in 100%. Does anyone have tips for setting up and executing the skips? I can never seem to get on top of the walls without restarting repeatedly.

UPDATE: I finally completed a run, but no timer unfortunately because it was practice and segmented. Anyone have suggestions as to where to get a capture card? I've been told that's the best way to capture runs.
