Ive been doing some runs and I have found that the warps really slow it it down for me, could someone help me work on a no WW route, or send me an old route I could add to?

There already is a no WW route called glitchless. But if you want help with a run allowing any glitches BUT WW, i'll be glad to help

No wrong warp is just the old route before wrong warps were implemented.
