Normally Feb 28. It just seems better since it's still in the same month. When I had my old driver's license it had some pretty elite fake dates on it: UNDER AGE 18 UNTIL FEB 29 2006 UNDER AGE 21 UNTIL FEB 29 2009 Maybe I am still under those ages because those days certainly never came. |
