Hello there !
I just did all these manipulations on my wii to be able to play Japanese OoT version, but I have one problem with Any Region Changer. When I launch it from the HBC, my wiimote disconnects and I cant synchronize it again... And it is impossible to use the GameCube controller. So I cant navigate in ARC and change my wii region. My wii is a PAL version so i got the game running really slow T.T
I'm looking for some advices to fix this problem, thank you  Smiley

There's a software out there where you can edit any wad and free region change it, so when you boot up the channel on your wii you don't need any region changer or anything for your wii, i used it with the JP oot wad and worked perfect on my Wii U vWii Mode VC Wink

(I'll edit the post with the name of the software, im currently not home so i don't remember the name of it)

Did you install a proper IOS? I think you need a patch for IOS36.
Don't just region-free the game, on my PAL Wii, it worked fine for SM64, but not at all for OoT. I suggest ARCC to NTSC and unlock all PAL games (not a region-change per game) via priiloader. That works fine for me.

Hey, thanks for the answers Smiley
I did install the iOS 236 as it's required for Any Region Changer to work. I also have Priiloader and I enabled the free region channels,  but my japanese OoT still runs slowly.  I thought this may be because my wii is still a PAL version :/

BTW don't change the region of your Wii, just the video mode to NTSC

Hello again Smiley
Thanks for the answers, but I finally found why it did not work, and it's really stupid ^^'
I couldn't change the settings in Any Region Changer because my wiimote has the wii motion plus... --' I made it with a classic wiimote and changed my wii region, it works perfectly Smiley
