Annoying Minish Cap glitch I found

So I recently restarted the Minish Cap to get a perfect 100% save file. I have all 136 Figurines and Carlov won't give me the Carlov Medal. What gives? I can still get into the house with the Robot on top and collect the final Piece of Heart and the 600 Rupees. I've already beaten Vaati once and saved after the credits, so I have a Triforce Shard next to my file. But when I talk to Carlov after having all 136 Figuirines, it says I still have a 1% of getting a new figurine.

How can I fix this?
