I got a total of 6 items, missing longshot and mirror shield.

My route was:

went to the fishing place to get rba
failed at gate skip a billion times
resqued all the carpenters
failed at wasteland 47 times
gave up and went to ice cavern
died

told everyone i gave up

cried myself to sleep.

Well, I played it safe, like Cosmo said. I came in 9th place with 6 items. how did you do?

Couldn't join cuz I had no internet, so I just went through with my original plans of going to the mall.

This should be more than once a month; there's too long a wait between them. Especially when you consider Saturdays are bad for people most of the time. Sunday biweekly would be nice.

What was the challenge? Can't tell...

Lex, goal was to get each dungeon's main item (slingshot, bomb bag, boomerang, bow, hamer, longshot, hover boots, miror shield). And then end by the sign outside your house.

I placed 5th...and I think I'm the only one that had to start over? LOL fail on route planning.


Here's how it went down:

-WTF MY GAME FREEZES WHEN ATTEMPTING BOTTLE ON B...because I got deku stick at kid figuring "I might need this". lol epic fail.
-Game is essentially screwed, can't get bombs, can't get bow, can't get hover boots, could beat FT and get 10 skulltulas and buy broken knife but still don't have enough to get back through DoT.
-fuck that shit, I restart.
-Lose of like 1 hour 15 minutes or so

-Same but this time I get cucco jump
-Epic wasteland fails
-Learn requiem

-Adult
-RBA stuff works this time
-Bombs from DC
-Shadow early and hover boots

-Forest
-Bow goes well

-Go for longshot
-enter Water temple with ocarina dive because god damn my dive meter went to 1 (mp had this problem too)
-fish dive like a pro
-FUCK I DON'T HAVE LULLABY TO LOWER WATER FUCKING SHITTTTTT
-leave

-more RBA stuff
-Getting lullaby deletes Requiem...GOD DAMN RBA SUCKS BALLS
-Finally get back to water temple and get longshot

-Get red tunic
-Hammer time

-Off to spirit
-Can't do hammer boost whatev get card

Most of my fail was from route planning, I actually had some pro superslides and crap but my stream got eaten twice so I probably don't have the recording.

I dont quite remember what place I held (think it was 8th), but yeah. Fun as hell, but fair warning: if you have no fucking idea what you're doing (like me from JJB on.), I wouldn't participate expecting anything D:

Anyways, here's how mine went down:
Sword, shield, the usual business.
Deku tree, slingshot
Pokey escape
Zelda's letter & lulla
Botw chus
DC (this one was kinda lol), bomb bag
Lake Hylia, gold scale and Ruto's letter bottle
JJB (this one was even more loltastic), boomerang
bean plant (dont ask why. :/ I didnt even plant it)
Graveyard for Hylian Shield
DoT skip (this took me 40+ minutes >_>)
attempted Shadow early (fail)
journey to forest temple (spent a good 15 minutes trying to get past mido. fail)
Forest temple (forfeit after trying to get to arrows and having a huge nerve-shot brainfart)

Yup. It was fun though, had a good time
