Hello, I would buy a new computer that I can use for school (I'm gonna learn Computer programming and stuff) and record my wii with a capture card (Dazzle VC 100 if I can find one) and streaming sometimes. So I would like a laptop not too expensive (because I am a student), but with what I can do the things mentioned above. I don’t know the price range for that kind of laptop but I think I can spend 400-600 € for it. I don't really care about the OS' language but an English one will be fine, and I guess the screen must be something like 17 to 20" for streaming ?  So if you have any ideas, don’t hesitate.

Thank you for your future answers. (Sorry for my bad English, I'm french, and as you know, French people suck about foreign languages.)

I just dropped $850 on a laptop that works fine for capturing gamecube and streaming at 60fps. Yesterday I was playing Bioshock on my computer and streaming at 60fps. I believe this was it: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834310660, but it may have been another since I swear it was on sale from $1000 to $850

I have the Y570. It works well except for SC2 and NFS: The Run. I think I've been able to cheat that system though by offloading OBS/Xsplit onto my Intel HD 3000 and games to my GT 555M. It works decently well.
