Zelda OOT Speed Run Power Crouch Stabless

Hi.
Every Ocarina of Time run I've seen uses the Power Crouch Stab.
How about a speed run without the PCS?
I did one Sunday and got 5:50:56. Tons of mistakes.

It depends a lot of what's the category. Also this isn't that much of a challenge because you just need to collect more deku sticks and that's it.
