I did alot of testing related to dying and saving, and here is the result I got.

Edit: I wrote a page for it on ZSR. All the information on there should be 100% accurate. If you find a single small detail that doesn't fit in, please tell me!
I have yet to find anything odd that proves the information wrong.

When I'm swordless and i save/die, it turns into a deku stick and we can do BA, by the way. Is it lied at this glitch?

You must have equipped a sword atleast once before saving/dying in order for it to turn into a deku stick. Otherwise it'll turn blank.
That is why NG+ files can't save and die. The same goes for a file that uses the Lon Lon Stick method for getting an item on B. If you die or save after that, the B button gets blank.
