I for one think that there are no glitches in OoT. It's just gameshark codes.
RBA stands for Rare Bird Adventure. We call it that because we need to get the blue cucco in order to use it.

There isn't an 100% confirmation to Phantom Hourglass 100% run since the Ship parts are random and do you think this fishing sidequest is nessesary.
The most obvious items are:
All 60 Gems (20 per type)
4 Upgrades (2 Quiver and 2 Bomb bags)
Learning how to perform the Hurricane Spin
More likely to have all Golden Frogs since you'll be warping way more often
All heart containers (Link will only have up to 16 hearts instead of the usual 20)
In the future I might produce some 'speed guides' on the dungeon sections and maybe the Temple of the Ocean King on Phantom Hourglass.
Mutoh's Temple early should be reccomended to pickup the almighty Hammer and kill mini bosses stupidly quickly.

Ugh, I need to replay this game...
I seriously want to find more breaks.
Also: Greenalink I am asking you specifically on this:
Joe, the owner of Serebii.net has a DS to Computer capture device, he hasn't stated much on it, but it might be like IGN's device (a/v port on DS to a/v on TV, then instead of putting it in the tv they put it in a dvd recorder or capture card)
go to serebiiforums.com and PM serebii about it, he may be busy at the moment with HG/SS coverage...

I knew he had a capture device, his picture updates made me think twice. But since he managed to get both Movie Arceus, Pika-coloured Pichu (to get Notched Ear Pichu) and of course Celebi. I'll wait til the HGSS coverage is over and the news is slow.
I would really want to know more on how it is made. I don't want to send in my DS and force him to make one (that's not me at all). If he still lives in Bournemouth then, I'm only over 15 miles away from him.

When I have the time to setup my DS again I'll probably produce some ILish speed guides on how the dungeons segments can be cleared in a 100% run.
List of important quest items obtained from temples.
Fire Temple
None
Temple of Wind.
*Power
*Courage
Temple of Courage
1 Wisdom gem.
2 Power Gems
1 Courage Gem.
Ghost Ship
None, it's not a permanent temple.
Mutoh’s Temple
1 Courage Gem.
Goron Temple
None.... Gorons are morons.
Temple of Ice.
2 Wisdom Gems
Temple of the Ocean King.
* Linebeck debut visit doesn’t count.
2nd visit:
* 2 Power Gems
3rd Visit
* 1 Courage Gem
* 2 Sea Charts that leads to a chest that contains some extra sand for the timer.
Final visit (requires save warp since you will need to enter the early floors with Grapple Hook and/or Bombchus).
*1 Power Gem

I was just playing PH and I found some weird glitch. I was against the boss where you control that child Goron and I died and got warped to the room where you get the pure metal. I picked it up and the game froze. Idk if this is common knowledge or anything, but I thought it was worth mentioning anyway.
EDIT:
Actually I can't have died, because my health definitely wasn't 3 hearts. I was controlling the kid Goron and he said I was being attacked, but before I switched something happened and I ended up in that room.

DS original games cant be submitted to sda because when playing theres a big hand in front of the screen. EDIT: Greenalink has done a speedrun, it's in the first post. |
