New MST Route?

Does anyone have a compilation of all the tricks in the new MST route? Just some I can use to learn all the tricks in MST. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Possibly hammerslide, if you suck at hoverboost (like me). 231 skip, forest temple courtyard and spirit temple boss key skip (all previously mentioned) use hookshot jumps.
