I have a quick question for you.  In the last segment of your BIT run you mention the final time as 3:31:40, which you also said was the same time of your non BIT run.  Shouldn't the BIT run end up being at least five or so minutes faster, or was that just a typo?

The fact is I never finished my non BiT run, I don´t remeber I said that, the non BiT run shoul be around 3:40
