Save Files

Hey guys, new to the forums here, but hoping somebody can help me.  I was playing SS yesterday and accidentally deleted my save file.  I had just finished the 3rd silent realm, and see that a few of you have posted save files on here.  Just wondering how I go about transferring that to my Wii U.  Thanks in advance.

Via SD Card:

You take the file
Download it so it's on your computer
Copy it from your computer to the SD card (Most newer computers have SD card slots, if not, there's several USB devices that are SD card adapters available for under $10 that might even be faster than a computer's SD card reader)
Take the SD card and insert it into your Wii U
Open WiiMode on the Wii U
(Not certain on the exact details) Copy the save from the SD card to the Wii U.
