help creating a split timer

I apologize this is sort of a dumb question, but google is failing me at the moment. I'm trying to begin working on my times and started using PJ64. I don't know where or what to download and create a split timer.

thanks again, sorry for such a nub question

I know there is a program called wsplit but I cant find a link
