Title: Bottom of the Well early help Post by: Congorats on January 08, 2012, 10:53:23 PM I'm fairly new to speed running this game so I'm sill trying to learn some of the glitches and tricks.
I'm trying to do the bottom of the well early trick were you have to perform the infinite sword glitch then pick up a chicken so it activates the angry chicken mob. I'm holding the chicken with infinite sword glitch but I can't throw the chicken and back flip into the well at the same time. I always end up just throwing the chicken and dieing to the chicken attack. Any advise? You shouldn't be throwing the chicken, you should be shield dropping it. You want to stand with your back flush against the well holding Z, and then press R and down+A at pretty much the same time to shield drop the chicken and backflip into the well.
