I've seen enough of OoT that I probably could sit down and beat it right now. But, with MM (and here's a fun fact coming up), I haven't actually beaten it before. I've played up to Snowhead Temple a few times, but that's about it. The sheer fact that I haven't beaten it yet makes me prefer MM over OoT, cause there's still a challenge for me in the former.

About the question, that is a tough question. I've played more of OoT, but MM is pretty nice. MM also hasn't been reduced to dust like OoT (means speedruns still have some room for improvement.) It also has some easier glitches and the HESS.
