Title: OoT help Post by: Blazing Factor on October 05, 2011, 12:06:23 AM I finally got OoT for GCN collectors edition. I'm still a little new to these glitches because of too much playing MM. So any tips for me like which button can i put bombs and stuff for quick hovering? I can do some good child link superslides. But I'm having trouble on my hovers. Thanks
Title: Re: OoT help Post by: qwerty1605 on October 05, 2011, 04:17:26 AM The main reason for the hovering problems is because in Majora's Mask explosions hit their maximum radius (or distance) instantly. In OoT explosions expand slowly so the timing is more strict. If you are hovering against a wall it isn't all that strict but it is you are hovering for distance like in MM. If you aren't using hoverboots it is nearly frame perfect.

Title: Re: OoT help Post by: stonenot on October 07, 2011, 05:35:33 PM For distance hovers, try counting links breaths. He will move up, then down, then up again when he breathes. When he moves up the 2nd time, shield drop the bomb, then wait until about a half of a second or so before the bomb explodes and backflip. You should get a good distance hover. It's kind of hard to explain them.
