Title: Link's Awakening - The Revival Post by: Exo on April 18, 2011, 09:55:50 PM Hey there zsr-members.
Just thought I'd post my progress on Link's Awakening here since it seems like ShaddoD2's project died a while ago. http://www.youtube.com/user/ExoSDA?feature=mhum#p/c/8C5D004F47D431B7 Tompa is helping me out with most of the frame-saving stuff but I'm always happy to get more than one opinion. I hope you enjoy watching it. :) P.S.: Sorry for my crappy english. I'm from Germany :s Title: Re: Link's Awakening - The Revival Post by: Runnerguy2489 on April 19, 2011, 12:29:04 AM Awesome, I had been keeping up with this a little bit from the SDA thread but only when I remembered to check it. This was my favorite GB Zelda so I will definitely continue to watch.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6HsMTkKBz8 I hope multi-posting is allowed in a thread like this. Title: Re: Link's Awakening - The Revival Post by: Kaztalek on April 19, 2011, 06:55:04 PM yo can you type up an rta route
like, how to go through the game fastest in one sitting, but savewarps are used wherever its faster to do so Title: Re: Link's Awakening - The Revival Post by: Exo on April 19, 2011, 07:07:17 PM yo can you type up an rta route like, how to go through the game fastest in one sitting, but savewarps are used wherever its faster to do so I don't know about you but I learn best by watching a video. You should go ahead and watch Tigger77's segmented run on sda. It's pretty much the same route im taking but done on the dx version. Of course i alter it here and there where i see fit. My route isn't finished though..I basically create it as i progress. The route you see in my segments is heavily based on the fact that i can work with segments. Most of it isn't useful for a single segment attempt so you'll have to work out those kinks on your own ^^. Title: Re: Link's Awakening - The Revival Post by: Kaztalek on April 20, 2011, 01:46:32 AM yea that was the prob
i dont want to base a route off of segged vids lol like if you had one for rta that would be nice, but o well i guess also what about 100%? there doesnt seem to be much interest :/ Title: Re: Link's Awakening - The Revival Post by: Exo on April 20, 2011, 08:26:03 AM Don't really have a single segment route yet because I haven't started working on it as of now.
Tompa has been playing around with creating a 100% route but it's like impossible to get it perfect :s Title: Re: Link's Awakening - The Revival Post by: Exo on April 21, 2011, 12:48:28 PM Segment 26 :
