A few quick questions.

what are all of the commands used during races on irc?
and
how does the impromptu scoring system work?

Well here are most of the commands, the ones I know. Don't put the brackets in on the ones that have them

Only used during a race:
.startrace [number] - Will start a race after the amount of minutes specified. There can only one race at a time. (only do this when other people have said they will race)
.setgoal [goal] - Allows you to set the goal
.goal - RBABot tells the goal
.enter - Enter the race somebody started with the .startrace command.
.ready - Type this when the time to enter the race has run out and you are ready to race
.quit - Quit the race you're in
.done - Type this when you've completed the goal.
.remove [person] - [person] is removed from the list of entrants. Only Op (and Hop maybe?) can use this command.
.time - How long the race has been going on
.entrants - Tells the entrants and whether they are ready or not in the current race
.end - Ends the race (everybody must be done or quit)
.annihilation - Terminates a race that people are still in. Only Op's and Hop's can use this command
.cosmosis - Cosmo's script creates a random goal. Not currently usable.

Can be used at any time:
.results - Tells the times of people who have finished the most recent race and in what order
.rank - RBABot tells your ranking
.rank [person] - RBABot tells the ranking of [person]
.quits - Tells how many times you have quit out of the the total you have raced in
.wins - Tells how many times you have won out of the the total you have raced in
.racehist [number] - Tells the entrants and results of a previous race
.racetotal - Tells the total number of races
.rand [number] - Chooses a random number between 0 and the number. Used to choose a goal randomly if people can't agree on one
.route - Tells a joke route that is usually something like "Follow Runnerguy2489"
.setroute [route]- Sets the route
