(NOTE: if someone have made a similar route or the same, tell it to me and i'll delete this topic, and give me a proof) Child 1: Exit your house and go get the sword 2: Do the forest escape 3: Get the Red Rupee in Zora's River 4: WESS to Kakariko Village 5: Get the bottle 6: Go to the temple of time and do DoT skip Adult 1: Savewarp 2: Get Bugs, Pocket Egg and Hylian Shield in Kakariko Village 3: Savewarp and Eenter Ganon's Castle Area 4: Head to Hyrule Field and perform the Quickdraw Bottle Duplication trick over Master Sword 5: Wait outside Kakariko until day and wake Talon 6: Trade for Cojiro 7: Drop Bottle B Bugs with bombs on C right 8: Catch bugs with Cojiro on C Right 9: Get 15/20 bombs and 20 Rupees from Dampé's Grave/grass 10: HESS or Superslide to LW and get the Odd Mushroom 11: Go back to Kakariko Village 12: Buy Arrows from Bazaar and trade the Odd Mushroom 13: HESS or Superslide to LW and get the Poacher's Saw 14: Go to DMT and get the magic bar and Drop bugs and recatch with Saw on C Right 15: Teleport to Lake Hylia 16: Go to Gerudo Valley and Do the Megaflip across Bridge 17: Trade the Saw and Drop bugs and recatch with Broken Sword on C Right 18: Savewarp and go to Ganon's castle 19: Trials skip 20: Beat Ganondorf 21: Castle escape 22: Superslide to Ganon 23: Beat Ganon I will try to improve this route in the next days Title: Re: Easier but a bit slower route for No Wrong Warp (route for beginners) Post by: mrbubbleskp on August 21, 2014, 06:19:50 AM I just wanted to point out that Swordless DoT skip is way easier to do than normal Dot Skip. :)
Title: Re: Easier but a bit slower route for No Wrong Warp (route for beginners) Post by: Zargaroc on August 21, 2014, 11:55:23 AM Really? i was sure swordless DoT skip was harder and normal DoT skip was easier
Title: Re: Easier but a bit slower route for No Wrong Warp (route for beginners) Post by: mrbubbleskp on August 21, 2014, 04:30:33 PM DoT with sword frames are easier if you want to do it unbufered because you need to pretty much press Z on 1 frame when your swordless.. but if your just buffering swordless all you need to do is buffer holding nothing til the frame link is looking at the floor, then just press Z and hold Left like 3 frames later (usually once you hear link make a nosie :P)

Title: Re: Easier but a bit slower route for No Wrong Warp (route for beginners) Post by: Vulpone on September 28, 2014, 09:25:43 AM What exactly makes this route any different from the real one? I can't see the difference.
Lake Hylia warp with a hess is actually faster than temple of time. Only adjustment I can tell is the (15/20) bombs. Oh and the ganon superslide has been unnecessary since the death in kak route (the one before quickdraw over b was discovered), I even have a video fro like early 2013 lol I'm curious, if this is a beginner route what's the hardest route then? Title: Re: Easier but a bit slower route for No Wrong Warp (route for beginners) Post by: Jbop on September 28, 2014, 03:22:16 PM I thought the same thing when this topic was made. The only sort of difference is that you get the Hylian Shield after egg instead of as child. It only saves a few seconds though and Droma has used it in WR runs so it still isn't really a difference.
Title: Re: Easier but a bit slower route for No Wrong Warp (route for beginners) Post by: Zargaroc on September 29, 2014, 02:07:10 PM Yeah, i know there is not a lot of differences in this route and the new one, but swordless DoT skip is harder than regular DoT skip (for me)
It is not that easier, but, i think it is more easy than the new route and it is not that slow |
