Title: What deadzone on emulator most resembles VC? Post by: MichaelRadar on May 23, 2014, 05:48:51 PM Sorry if this has been answered in another thread, but I recently switched to VC and wondered if there was a relatively close deadzone and range setting and number I could use on an emulator when I want to practice tricks that are frustrating to learn initially on console like void warp, new b1 etc
I know it's best to practice on VC because of muscle memory but when learning tricks I like using emu so it would be useful to modify it as close as possible Title: Re: What deadzone on emulator most resembles VC? Post by: Jbop on May 23, 2014, 06:02:35 PM They definitely don't apply. Using this file (http://pastebin.com/2RNbM9Vm) you can find them though. My quick calculations give: deadzone of 13%, range of 55% (yes I know, VC controls are ridiculous). Not sure if I did this correctly. Edit: My range doesn't seem right. I think range should just be 100% to be closest to VC controls. If it was possible to make the range go beyond 100%, it would be possible to make it closer to VC controls. I used this when I played on emu and it seemed close enough (13% deadzone and 100% range). Whyieyesya might have a better estimate now though. |
