Title: Wii U Transfer question Post by: GAP on March 19, 2014, 12:19:55 AM I want to transfer my stuff especially my Miis to Wii U but I don't want to transfer my Homebrew (I don't want to void my warranty) so how do I that with Wii U transfer?
Title: Re: Wii U Transfer question Post by: MHFsilver on March 19, 2014, 05:55:35 AM The Wii U Transfer only takes your Wii/WiiWare/ and VC save data. It doesn't take over stuff like the Homebrew Channel or any VC games you have on your Wii.

It did transfer my VC/Wii Ware games not just save data. It happened during the transfer from unmodded Wii to Wii U. You go to Wii Mode on Wii U to access the Wii downloaded VC games. It didn't take over any of my VC stuff, I went and re-bought SMW because it didn't carry it over.
