Title: N64 not crashing using chus in void Post by: Valientlink on October 04, 2013, 09:24:47 AM It's widely known that OoT will crash on N64 when explosives are used in voids. While messing around, I decided I wanted to crash my game using the bazaar clip in Kakariko. However, the game wouldn't crash. I recall having crashed the game here before, so what's the deal?
Title: Re: N64 not crashing using chus in void Post by: Exodus122 on October 04, 2013, 02:28:42 PM There is a hill near that Bazaar that can be stood on and hovering under or above a stand-able surface with chus does not crash the game. So you may have been hovering under that if you used chus.

So you may have been hovering under that if you used chus. I tested this in Gerudo valley earlier (the clip that you'd do if you failed the cucco jump and fell) and no crash either. Not sure if there's solid ground above or below me, but there is water nearby. |
