For a game with that many runs it may take longer for someone to notice a new run there. I know this may sound harsh but people are also more like to see/verify if it's toward the top of the leader boards. For now just keep doing runs and be patient.

Only WR-ish runs seem to get verified, which usually means it was streamed on Twitch by a runner with a good rep and therefore most likely legit. Verifying all runs would take too much time tbh. Especially if people keep submitting improvements on their runs.
