Title: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TestRunner on June 13, 2013, 08:45:54 AM In order to arrange a schedule, I need to know all the runner's availability. If you don't let me know soon when you can/can't do it, I'll assume you are available for anytime and I might slot you in a bad time. Please don't let that happen, and let me know ASAP. I'll post the first draft of the schedule when people give me some times and I can get it done.
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: jarvitz on June 13, 2013, 08:12:50 PM For LCT (the least importnt game but w/e) I think I will be busy for the first 6 hours of the marathon, after that any time should be ok with me. Also, if you want to have me on for the OoT challenge goal, I could do that too, and even schedule it right before/after my run if it is easier? I understand if im not wanted for that, just offering.
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TestRunner on June 13, 2013, 08:15:15 PM The OoT challenge will more likely be an open race. We plan on spotlighting a couple racers and switch it up to see what various people are doing. It should be very similar to Cosmo/Jiano's Halloween challenge, if you want an idea how it will be ran.
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: jarvitz on June 13, 2013, 08:19:03 PM I see, that works too, wasnt sure if it would just be like 4 highlighted people or whatever
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: Pheenoh on June 14, 2013, 12:03:49 AM I have to work on Fridays, but Saturday/Sunday should be fine.
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: MC Gamer on June 16, 2013, 05:30:08 AM I'm set for anytime, but as it is a CDi game, I don't mind a graveyard shift run. Just give us fair notice. :)
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TLoZSR on June 25, 2013, 07:31:31 AM Could I possibly get either friday or saturday night, starting sometime around 7pm pst - 10pm pst?
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: ZFG on July 04, 2013, 02:07:13 AM I could do 9th or 10th from 12pm-8 or 9pm, preferably 10th.
Also, if it helps scheduling at all, you could probably cut 20 minutes off of my estimate for OoT 100%, there's no way I'll get anything worse than 5:10. Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TestRunner on July 07, 2013, 07:30:40 PM I've gotten responses from about half the runners. I'll prob start making the schedule now, but please let me know soon, or might get a shit spot >_>
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: ChristosOwen on July 17, 2013, 12:43:53 PM Hi guys,
I am in the UK so am on British Summer Time (BST) which is GMT+1. I will be working Friday - so Saturday or Sunday evening would be preferable for me, although I can be flexible on these days. The weekly ALTTP race is Sunday 3PM EST so this could be a potential slot for it I guess... but otherwise I'm pretty much looking at Saturday or Sunday 7PM - 11PM BST. Hope this helps! Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TestRunner on August 12, 2013, 10:01:02 PM It's here. First draft of the schedule. I'm sure there's a 100 things wrong with it. Everyone please look at it and make sure your time is ok. Also feel free to give feed back and stuff. And PLEASE check my math. I added 5 minutes between every game. Like normal, I expect to be ahead of schedule, but I'm being conservative in case the horrible happens. At the moment the current schedule has us running a few hours into Monday am, not really a big deal, tbh.

Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TestRunner on August 12, 2013, 10:33:47 PM Fixed (hopefully)
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: Greenalink on August 12, 2013, 10:37:20 PM Yeah we can see it now. I'm curious about the timezone. Does it match to where you live (BST for me)? Obviously 12-4am is a big no no for me if that is the BST UK timezone.
Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TLoZSR on August 12, 2013, 11:43:37 PM Yeah we can see it now. I'm curious about the timezone. Does it match to where you live (BST for me)? Obviously 12-4am is a big no no for me if that is the BST UK timezone. Testrunner says that it's EST, he also said if you have a problem with the time he could possibly swap you and pokemonrocks. Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TestRunner on August 13, 2013, 04:31:24 AM I went ahead and swapped PH and ST. Makes more sense since Pok3monrock is American and Greenalink is European....
If there,s any problems with this tho, let me know. Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: Zmaster91 on August 13, 2013, 07:37:15 AM I don't want to mess all the times up but I can't do the Friday afternoon due to class. Although, I'm free to any time not on Friday.
So you can remove that question mark from my name I guess :). Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TestRunner on August 21, 2013, 07:00:06 AM Updated the schedule. Times in red are new adjusted estimates. Please check it out and spread the word.

Title: Re: ZSR Marathon Scheduling Post by: TestRunner on August 23, 2013, 05:15:15 AM Small update to schedule again. Swapped OoS with MQ. MM run is 10 minutes shorter estimate, so basically everyone starts about 10 minutes earlier. Obviously, it'll be really easy for the marathon to go way ahead or behind schedule, so be prepared to start early/late. We'll try to filltime to wtv if we get too off, but just be ready for anything. This might be the final schedule.... unless someone speaks up with another conflict soon....
