On friday/saturday around 9 PM EST is probably the absolute latest I'd want to start.

As for a good time, 2 PM Mountain (4 PM EST) on Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday, anytime Saturday, and anytime after after 1:30 PM Mountain (3:30 PM EST) on Sunday would work for me. It seems to be a weekly any% race every Thursday 1 pm EDT with Zaf1re, Chaoslinkx33, Moltov and others that have the time.There used to be weekly All Fused Shadows races (http://pastebin.com/gFQeujWL (http://pastebin.com/gFQeujWL)) that occurred every Sunday (6 weeks in a row) although as summer ended so did the races.
