Using Japanese version I think this is possible (SDA timing)
Here's my route:

-intro
-sword, shield
-escape
-wess to kak
-20 rupees from grotto R(20)
-cucco bottle
-market before night and get rupees on chains R(80)
-hylian shield R(0)
-dot skip
-master sword
-savewarp

-20 rupees from market R(20)
-backwalk to kak
-get egg

-backwalk to lake hylia
-tektite hover
-rod steal R(0)
-backwalk to kak
-RBA black guants
-trade for cojiro and RBA bomb bag
-kak bomb luck B(5)
-mega aquaslide to lost woods B(4)
-pressure jump B(3)
-mushroom
-megaflip onto bridge B(2)
-superslide to kak B(1)
-more bomb luck B(6)
-potion
-MORE bomb luck B(11)
-mega aquaslide to lw B(10)
-pressure jump B(9)
-saw
-through goron city to magic B(6)
-prelude
-superslide to gv B(5)

So I'm doing this run now with the navi dive escape + bean route.  And its gonna be on English.

I had a good run recently but failed near the end, but decided to just finish it and count it as sub 1 segd.  Final time was 58:59 (might be 59:00 since I didn'y time down to exact frames but I don't care). 

Seg 1
Seg 2
Seg 3
Didn't bother uploading 4 because its just light arrow cutscene + entering ganons castle.  I'll upload if someone really wants me to though.  Time was 8:15.
Seg 5

Add 18 sec x 3 for savewarps and RTA should be barely 59:5x.
