In Cosmo's stream in particular when he's testing/practicing he brings up a little window that shows his angles and such.

I'm just curious what program/tool this is? It seems very helpful.

Okay, I found out it's through using Memory Hacking Software, I'm just not sure where to search for this kind of information.
