Not really anything to improve on at all. Just needed to get the superslide position a little faster

Perfect run and I thought records were gonna be broken, I was on some yolo strat luck doing the Hellfire skip and both battles with quarter of a heart. As I was jumping from the beamos platform to the entrance, he did a hop rather than jumping, now I'm so sad  Cry . Other than my misfortune I was wondering, how some people become consistant with the jump to castle courtyard(im awful at it) and how people do consistant superslides because I can never get an angle to slide up to the fairy fountain.

Just letting you know, the superslide to the fairy fountain only saves 1 or 2 seconds only if done perfectly. The supervise to Gorin City, however, saves about 10 seconds. The castle courtyard jump is slightly more consistent if you don't roll.

sloppy run and messed up the end. Also my family doesn't consider speedrunning important so often times I'm interrupted but in the end I'm finding that finishing runs is better than restarting after every little thing. Also ben you should review what you posted because that didn't make much sense "superoxide" lol.

Using a slow version on purpose is your choice, but you will get no sympathy or agreement from me.

So, just out of curiousity, what are some people's best splits for escape/fairy ocarina? Mine are, 4:19 for escape and 4:51 for the fairy ocarina. (Though it was kind of bad, and could save a few seconds on the trick itself/movement.

I dont have any for sure, but my best escape times are usually around that, and when doing a run i will keep anything below 4:30. I dont split at fairy ocarina because thats really no different than escape

Yeah, i split at escape too. I only used fairy ocarina, because I know some people prefer it. And they were both in the same run BTW.

My best was an 4:18 but the usual is like 4:22 that's like my only real split funny enough... I go by my mistakes and not splits maybe I should but whatever. Funny enough I found a video of me speedrunning when my power went out. To see how dedicated I was back then makes me want to pick the game back up. Guess I be posting more now Wink.
